Training Facilitator - location TBA (requires travel across Norfolk)

Job Type: Permanent, 30 hours/week

Salary: £20,661 to £22,658 pro rata

Job Location: Negotiable (you will be required to travel across Norfolk)

Required licence or certification:  Driving licence and business insurance.  Relevant training certificate to work and teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector.

Independence Matters has an exciting new vacancy for a Training Facilitator to support the recruitment of new staff and apprentices and the provision of apprenticeship opportunities for existing staff. The post holder will also be responsible for the co-ordination of the induction training for new starters, including the Care Certificate, and manage the levy financial resources and Digital Account. You will achieve this through acting with integrity; value, respect and promote equality, diversity, dignity and inclusion.

Support Worker vacancies – Home Support Matters Norwich

We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Home Support Matters team, providing support to customers at home and in the community around Norwich.

If you share our values in putting the customer at the centre of everything you do, and are able to see things from their point of view - then we’d love to hear from you!

We have two temporary 11 month contracts (30 hours per week and 25 hours per week) both shift work (to include mornings, evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays) in 24/7 registered services.

We pay £8.23 per hour, rising to £8.71 on completion of Care Certificate. Zero hours contracts are also available.

You’ll need a passion for supporting people and be able to offer a professional, consistent and outstanding level of customer service. You must be a driver, with access to a vehicle, and be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of our customers and the service.

Relief Support Workers – South Norfolk

Independence Matters is looking for Relief Support Workers to join its Home Support Matters service working across South Norfolk.

The role will entail working a variety of shifts within a 24/7 period.

Pay grade: £8.23 per hour.
