Support Workers - North Personal Assistant Service (North Norfolk and Poringland)


Permanent positions with full and part time hours available. Pay grade £8.23 per hour, rising to £8.71 on completion of the Care Certificate.

Independence Matters North Personal Assistant Service provides services 7 days a week in the North Norfolk area and surrounding villages. We also have work available in Poringland.
We have full time and part time contracts available, these roles will include some evening and weekend work. We are also able to offer contracts allowing you to work on an ‘as and when’ basis to suit your circumstances.

Support Workers – Sprowston Community Hub

£8.39 increasing to £8.88 on completion of induction and/or Care Certificate. Various hours available.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and well organised individual who will be organizing, planning and delivering high quality support. We are looking for people with a passion for supporting people with learning and physical disabilities, who can offer a professional, consistent and outstanding level of customer service.

Experience is not as important as a willingness to learn and to see things from the point of view of the people we support and help maintain their independence. We recruit on values and train on skills, we use a values-based safer recruitment process.

Support Workers - King’s Lynn/Swaffham area Supported Living

We’re looking for experienced, enthusiastic individuals to join our Supported Living teams, working in a 24/7 registered service, supporting customers in their own home and the community.

We have a variety of contracts available from 20 –30 hours per week, following a four week rota.

We pay £8:23 per hour, rising to £8:71 on completion of the Care Certificate.

If you share our values in putting the customer at the centre of everything you do, and are able to see things from the customer’s point of view, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll need a passion for supporting people, be able to offer a professional, consistent and outstanding level of customer service and be prepared to work flexibly to meet the needs of the customer.

Values and a willingness to learn are equally as important as experience.

Support Workers Level 2 – Home Support Matters (South Norfolk)

We are looking for enthusiastic support workers to support customers in their own home and the community. We have two posts available – one at 32 hours per week and one at 24 hours per week. We also have zero hours contracts available.

These posts are for shift work in 24/7 registered domiciliary services. Shifts include mornings, evenings and weekends. Some split shifts and bank holidays may be required.

Pay grade: £8.23 per hour, rising to £8.71 on completion of the Care Certificate.
