Business Support Officer - Sprowston

19 hours per week. £9.16 per hour.

This is a permanent contract. 

We are looking for someone to provide a range of efficient and flexible administrative support duties at Sprowston Community Hub. 

As the face of the business in our main reception you will need a passion for supporting people and be able to offer a professional, consistent and outstanding level of customer service. 

Day to day tasks include: 

  • Managing and inputting data (knowledge of Excel is essential)
  • Reception duties
  • Stock management and ordering
  • Organising room hire
  • Minute taking
  • Petty cash management 

Independence Matters supports adults with learning disabilities, families, older people and those with dementia to live well, remain active and secure and sustain independence.

Support Workers -  Long Stratton Support Living

Our Supported Living Service in Long Stratton provides 24 hours a day, 7 days a week support. We have full time permanent contracts available and can offer contracts allowing you to work on an ‘as and when’ basis to suit your circumstances.

Pay grade: £8.39 per hour, rising to £8.88 on completion of the Care Certificate.

Support Workers - North Personal Assistant Service (North Norfolk and Poringland)


Permanent positions with full and part time hours available. Pay grade £8.39 to £8.88 per hour.

Independence Matters North Personal Assistant Service provides services 7 days a week in the North Norfolk area and surrounding villages. We also have work available in Poringland.

Support Workers Level 2 – Home Support Matters (South Norfolk)

We are looking for enthusiastic support workers to support customers in their own home and the community. We have two posts available – one at 32 hours per week and one at 24 hours per week. We also have zero hours contracts available.

These posts are for shift work in 24/7 registered domiciliary services. Shifts include mornings, evenings and weekends. Some split shifts and bank holidays may be required.

Pay grade: £8.39 per hour, rising to £8.88 on completion of the Care Certificate.

Relief Support Workers – South Norfolk

The role will require you to work a variety of shifts within a 24/7 period.
