Home Support Matters

Since the Care Quality Commission issued a Stage 6 Notice in November, both Norfolk and Suffolk County Council have acted rapidly and robustly to protect the continuity of care for customers of Allied Healthcare in Norfolk and Suffolk.

This action includes the creation of an alternative delivery vehicle, Home Support Matters, a Social Enterprise. Home Support Matters CIC will undertake the continuity of care for all former customers of Allied Healthcare from Monday 10th December 2018.

A transition team has worked hard to ensure both customers and commissioners can be confident in an efficient and seamless transfer of both services and employment for the entire staff group.

The services continue to be delivered from branches at Beccles and Poringland and can be contacted direct on the numbers below.

Beccles Branch 0344 800 8001
