Day Opportunities Community Hubs

We passionately believe that having fun and independence matters!

In our community hubs, there is a full range of activities on offer and these will vary for you depending on the goals we are working towards together. We provide creative sessions, such as music, arts and drama and our hubs have large grounds for horticultural and outside fitness activities.

We also support with very practical things like complex care support needs, medication or support with independent living skills such as cooking, healthy eating, and managing money through to support with work experience and getting a job.

Our hubs all offer our customer learning programme providing opportunities to learn new skills and interests. Depending upon need and outcomes you might receive support on a one to one basis or as part of a small group.
