Older people – We provide support for older people through a range of services; community hubs across the county, dementia services, personal assistant service. Our personal assistant service is a helping hand, as much or as little as required, to enable people to remain independent in their own homes and play an active part in their communities. This may be assistance with personal care, support around the home or help to get out and about. All our support packages are designed to enable people to retain their independence living full and active lives. We also run day time services which provide a place to meet, socialise and take part in a range of activities.
Dementia – We provide specialist support for older people with dementia. This could be through a wide range of activities in our day centres or through personal assistance in the home.
