• Nine services rated “Good” by the Care Quality Commission.
• Launch of Project Catalyst, setting the stage for a fully digital future.
• Publication of our first Social Impact Report, demonstrating the difference we make in health, wellbeing, and sustainability.
• Successful reablement care contracts in Norfolk and Suffolk, helping more people regain independence.
