A family visit and a successful day fishing for Jason

Hello everyone, Jason here again with another blog for you.

I hope you are all enjoying your summer so far, the weather is a bit changeable though.

My aunt and uncle came to Norfolk from Essex recently for a week's holiday and on Tuesday, after my supporter had left, they collected me and took me back to their holiday chalet. We went out for a meal and I didn't know that my other aunt and two cousins were also joining us for dinner. That was a lovely surprise as I haven't seen them for such a long time. We had a great time talking about anything and everything and remembered when we were kids, my younger cousin (who is now 26) and I had a war with little BB guns. He says he is still finding those little yellow pellets ha ha!

The next day my uncle took me fishing. I had never been before, so I was very excited. We managed to catch a few perch and I was so chuffed that I caught the first and biggest fish of the day. Beginners luck maybe? We released all the fish and I have to say I really enjoyed the day. We then met up with my aunt to do a bit of shopping then back for a meal. After dinner it was time for me to go home to Sheringham. It was so lovely to see my aunt and uncle again.

Hope you are all keeping well, speak soon.

From Jason.
