A visit to Cley Nature Reserve and Springwatch back on our screens

Hello everyone, Jason here.

Yesterday me and my supporter went to Cley Nature Reserve to see if we could see any interesting wildlife and maybe get some good photos.

We saw some geese landing and then taking off again, but they were too quick for me to photograph. There was also a large buzzard circling overhead. We had a hot drink and cake (of course) and then noticed a memorial plaque in the ground to commemorate the pilots of the American helicopter that crashed on the marshes in January 2014. Such a sad thing to happen.

On the way home we stopped at Salthouse to see the ducks and swans and I managed to take some really nice photos before the rain came. If like me you are a fan of Springwatch, it starts this week and is coming live from Snettisham in Norfolk, Tuesdays - Fridays at 8pm for 3 weeks. Wooo I can't wait.

After lunch it was scrabble challenge time hoping I can beat Carol again... not this week!

Keep safe everyone.

Jason
